I’ve heard over and over. “Nomad Creative Life” “Work from Anywhere” “Paid to travel” and always wondered how I could make this happen without having a big following and without wanting to move somewhere. Basically, I just wanted to be able to visit the places I have always wanted to go and somehow make money while doing it. To offset the cost of the trip and to also make it some sort of business trip.
So one day I thought to myself all the way creatives make money going to new places – paid sponsorships for content, attending an event, visiting a company HQ to discuss collabs andddd WORKSHOPS. Workshops for me would be a way to off set the trip (ticket sales) and wold provide me with a reason to visit.
Australia has always been on the top of my list. The creatives there, the scenery, the over all vibe. It has been somewhere I have wanted to visit forever. So I thought to myself, what If I did a workshop in Australia. But obviously I would have to partner with another creative there to get the audience and to have her do the physical stuff I can’t do from afar. So… I posted this on my stories…
I just thew it out there.
@Brookeartstudio responded and said – “oh so totally come to Aus! I’d love to meet you!”
and I said – “I NEED to!! Would you want to do some type of workshop together?”
and she said – “oh girl 100%” “Keeeennn!…”
And the rest is history! We started planning – emailed – video chatted on IG – got through the time difference somehow – laid everything out on a google doc – she created a page on her website for sales – we both posted and promoted it and boom ——- the workshop is in 3 weeks and I can hardly wait!

Join Brooke and I for an afternoon filled with sipping pretty drinks, mingling, learning and creating! We will be teaching collaging, photography, and hand lettering! Digital and physical versions!
